- Puente Nueve Pale Ale
-
- We are proud to present Puente Nueve Pale Ale – a top-fermented, English-inspired beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized. In just a short time, it has become a great success, with more than half of the production being exported to England, Sweden, and India, to name just a few markets. Several Michelin-starred pubs have also shown interest.
-
- Certified organic.
- When a beer is classified as organic, this means an uncompromising brewing process, with production costs easily three times those of regular beer. But we have chosen to keep the price at about the same level as other high-quality, artisanally-brewed beers.
-
- About Puente Nueve Pale Ale
- The beer is brewed using organically-grown, medium-roasted Spanish barley malt, water from Ronda, organically-grown hops, and yeast. The first fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks. Then, when the beer is tapped into bottles, yeast is added for a second fermentation in the bottle. This creates an extra dimension and gives the beer an elegant roundness.
-
- Characteristics
- The color is a honey yellow tending towards amber. The head is creamy and intense with minimal bubbles. The scent is reminiscent of green apple, honey, and caramel. The flavour has a clear malt character with a noticeable but pleasant bitterness, with elements of caramel in the aftertaste.
-
- ABV 5%
-
- Note: The beer is classified as vegan.
- Puente Nueve Blond
-
- We continue our beer success with the introduction of a new beer – Puente Nueve Blond. A top-fermented light ale with the same aromatic and balanced bitterness as our Pale Ale, but a lower alcohol content. The brewing process is otherwise identical to that of the Pale Ale, with the second fermentation in the bottle.
