- History
- Marques Larios was an important man who owned many sugar refineries in Andalusia and some outside
- the region. Now the region is known for its wine, the wine district of Ribera del Duero used to be famous for the production
- of sugar too. Cortijo Larios also processed cork for wine production. There is a bakery with 6 large stone ovens in the
- courtyard. Today, the family is active in alcohol production with Larios Gin being their best known product. They are also involved in rental, hotel and finance activities.

- The Estate
- Cortijo Larios Bandoleros consists of 4 apartments and 2 stand alone guest houses with a total of 30 beds. The largest apartments can accommodate eight guests, the smallest ones are designed for two people. Beds for younger family members are available. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, minibar and other amenities. Breakfast as well as free WiFi and free parking (in a fenced area) are included. There are several lounges to relax in where you can read a book, enjoy the view and the surrounding nature or drink a nice glass of wine. And why not take a cool dip in the pool? Enjoy a dinner in the small restaurant that seats 6-8 people.

- The nearest restaurant is 75 meters away, and in 5 minutes you can reach the centre of El Colmenar with several restaurants and bars, as well as the Algeciras-Ronda train station. The Alcornocales National Park with several excellent hiking trails lies within walking distance. The Bodega Cezar vineyard can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
